Deposit Policy
All appointments require a $15 deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred one time if you need to reschedule. REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE DUE IN CASH DAY OF APPOINTMENT.
This amount goes toward your final service total.

Late Policy
Please arrive on time to your appointment.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled and a 50% late cancellation fee will be charged for the time reserved.
BROW WAX ONLY: A 5-minute grace period applies. Arriving later will result in your appointment being canceled and marked as a no-show.
If the payment does not process successfully, you will not be able to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations: Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be considered a no-show, and 50% of the service fee will be charged.
Rescheduling: You may reschedule once, within 48 hours of your original appointment. The new date must be booked within one week. After one week, or for additional changes, a new deposit will be required.

Health Policy
For the safety of all clients, please reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, have a cold sore, or show signs of a contagious condition.

Skin Care Disclosure
If you are currently using Retinol, Tretinoin, Accutane, or any strong acids or exfoliants, please text me before booking your appointment.
These products can increase skin sensitivity and may not be compatible with certain brow services. Your safety is my priority, and I want to ensure we choose the best treatment for your skin.

No Extra Guests
To maintain a calm and professional environment, no additional guests are allowed during your appointment.
